Galaxyland!

Because we are delivering this next baby (and all future babies!) in Edmonton, Ezra makes just about a monthly trip to Edmonton with my for my doctor appointments.  He is such a little trooper and so this past week, I took him to Galaxyland afterwards as a treat for being such a great little boy!  Side note: if you have children that are under two, they can go on rides for free - and you don't have to pay either!.  

There wasn't a lot of rides open for Ezra to ride on, however, he was okay with that.  We rode the same ride, over and over, and over and over again!  I can't wait to take him with Steve in June!

St Patties Day 2011

These St Patties Day pictures are going to be the death of my laptop.  I have been trying for three days to upload....so what you see is all you are going to get :)  

Jess and I were in Edmonton about a month ago and came across the matching t-shirts (1 Lucky Kid).  Of course, we HAD to purchase them so that the boys could match :)

I made a St. Patties dessert (found it on another mom's blog).  I dropped a chocolate loonie in the bottom, filled the cup with cookies and cream pudding (dyed with green food colouring), topped with cool whip, and finished with a oreo cookie and green sprinkle.  

Ezra loved it!

APPY Night

Ever have those nights, where you are VERY TIRED of making supper :)  I had one of those the other week.  Nothing seemed to jump out of me from the freezer except for a bunch of different appetizers.  So that's what we had.  Appetizers :)  And it was super good!  

The ad on the tv is NOT what we were watching during our appy night.  I VERY SELDOM allow Steve to convince me to have us eat supper downstairs in front of the tv (I don't think family conversations happen in front of the tv).  BUT, there was a pretty important motorcross/supercross race on....so we hauled everything downstairs and watched the races while eating. 

It was a little treat for everyone! 

New Faces

Ezra is real big on making faces all of sudden.  Especially the top face - that is starting to be a constant look :)  They definitely adds some laughter to our home.  

Basically 29 Weeks (in 3 days)

Here is Week 29.  I've been feeling really well actually - scrapbooking has taken over napping on most days!  

I went earlier this week for a hair appointment and said to my fantastic hairdresser - I NEED A CHANGE!  Sooooo...she was like...

okay, what colour are we going with? - Same.   

Are we cutting it?  - Nope.  

What are we changing then?  - No idea :) :) 

Sooooo the "drastic CHANGE" is adding a feather extension in (which you can see in the picture below).  And I LOVE IT!!!  They aren't sure how long it will last - as it's new to them at the salon and so far they have lasted 5 weeks (which is all that they've been offering them for)....so we will see how long this one lasts :)  It's a fun little change!

I'm afraid that I can't take all the credit for this idea - I actually got it off this amazing mom's blog that I follow in the States.  It's such a great idea!  

I'm trying to have Ezra play with purpose at different points through out the day.  It took him a bit to get be okay with getting dirty....he still wasn't real used to it in the end...but we'll do it again.  

For those of you that are wondering - it's washable, not toxic paint...and I had ZERO problem getting it off the tub (by no means am I cleaner of tubs...so it had to come off easy for me to say ZERO problem :).

Week 26

This pregnancy is so very different than it was with Ezra.  Besides being tired (which is starting to lift), I feel like I could burst any moment!  AND this baby is VERY active - all the time!  He/She especially likes to make my bladder its stomping grounds.
