Canada Day Long Weekend Adventures

The kids and I headed up to Loon Lake for the Canada Day Long Weekend with my cousins, uncle/auntie, Morgan & Nikki (and kids), and my parents.  Special thanks to Uncle Drayson & Auntie Pat for letting the kids and I bunk with you two in your camper - it was cozy but so appreciate the love you poured on us that weekend!  

It was a beautiful weekend - couldn't have asked for better weather.  The kids really enjoyed being at their place - the beach!  So thankful for that weekend since it was the only weekend we got to the lake this summer.

I posted this picture and was going to use something along the line of .... all the old people sitting in their lawn chairs.  But then I noticed Uncle Drayson on his phone and more thought....flanked by two women and still on his phone ;)

Primary Camp 2017

This was Ezra's second year as a camper at camp - last year Steve went with Ezra while the rest of us stayed home, this year Steve stayed home and the rest of us went - including GRANDMA FARM!  Woooohooooo said Ryder :)  (The love for her from him is like non other!)

It was a good week.  The weather wasn't overly in our favour and mom and I had some interesting moments preparing food in the kitchen, but I strongly believe that Ezra learned lots from Auntie Falon (she's SO GOOD at what she does!) and he says he had a great time!
