Much to the delight of our children, we finally had a chance to put up our Christmas decorations on Dec 4th. The custom in our home is two trees: mom's fancy tree that she always dreamed of having and the tree with all of the kids "special" decorations that they have made or collected over the years. Rule is that only mom decorates her tree, but the kids have free reign over their tree (and then I strategically move the ornaments around when they aren't looking).
They were very excited this year to decorate their tree!
The Christmas Frostings in my favourite room during Christmas - our formal dining room! There is a lot of fellowship with friends and family that happen in this room in December.
And to the greatest delight of the kids. Coco showed back up once the tree was up. I'm managing okay with him, but let me just say that Jule was worth every penny last year, just for doing Coco every night in December...lol.
