We took an evening and let the kids decorate their gingerbread house. There are lots of new "firsts" for us this year as Ezra is very much now at the idea of doing things the way I want....and not in a demanding way but rather in an independent way. It's always fun to watch him!
Ezra had some difficulty with the icing - so Jule was on icing placement duty and Ezra was on candy placing duty. They worked well as a team!
Steve and Ryder worked together as a team - which was actually I think more eating than working on Steve's part ;)
And Mckenzie and Jule were a team (Jule is a great multi-tasker). Mckenzie was definitely more the eater than the worker, we really had to encourage her to put candy on the gingerbread house and not in her mouth.
