Our friends, Bryan & Gina Weins, had a baby boy shortly after Christmas. Lincoln arrived 5 weeks early and is just a little cute peanut. I hosted a baby shower this past weekend to give everyone a chance to a) hold Lincoln - who doesn't love to hold a baby! and b) many of us had prayed for Lincoln as he thought he should start to make his arrival in September - this was prove that God is love as He answered many prayers by keeping Lincoln tucked away and his arrival healthy. What a way to see that God does indeed answer prayers!
The theme I choose was "Celebrate a New Journey". Bryan and Gina both love to travel so this was a great way to showcase some of their passions as well.
We played a few cute games that allowed the women that attended to learn a little bit more about Bryan and Gina.
We incorporated some worship songs in as well.

Let's eat!
We dined on a variety of "brunch" style food items that originated from different parts of the world.
Left: scones (Sweden)
Right: veggie cups (France - TRUE STORY! GOOGLE IT - I DID!)
Spanakopita & Tzatziki Sauce (Greece)
Left: Antipasto Cups (Italy)
Right: Mexican Quiche (Mexico)
